How can an all knowing and all powerful loving God allow the incredible suffering, death and evil that humans have
suffered and are suffering?  Is this God negligent?

17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin. (Jam 4:17 NKJ)

Assuming one has an interest in knowing what is true, it is a good idea to know as much as possible about the source and
reliability of any knowledge before you accept it as truth. There are many things that one might desire to be true and good
and that even seem to be true and good but are really not.

12 There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death. (Pro 14:12 NKJ)

How did you acquire the knowledge you now have? Some sources are your own thoughts and experiences, family, church,
culture, the Creator God, the adversary, etc.. Many people in the judeo/christian culture believe their knowledge of good
and evil came from God's law or word. Some believe that if you put together all the scriptures related to an issue, the
composite will give you God's opinion on that issue. What they fail to recognize is that not all of God's inspired word is
God's inspired word
! Much of it is the God inspired recording of the thoughts, words and actions of fallible humans.
Yahshua ha Mashiach told those who had an ear to hear that many of the written and oral laws, from Moses to the scribes
and Pharisees, were not consistent with the Creator God's will and way
of loving your neighbor equal to yourself and doing
no harm to your neighbor.
These man made extrapolations to the Creator God's oral 10 instructions were therefore null
and void!

7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. (Mar 7:7 KJV)

37 Jesus said to him, "`You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'
38 "This is the first and great commandment.
39 "And the second is like it:`You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'
40 "On these two commandments hang
all the Law and the Prophets."
(Mat 22:37-40 NKJ)

10 Love does
no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. (Rom 13:10 NKJ)

Instead of learning from the mistakes of the Israelites, the various Christian organizations have built up their own cache of
traditions masquerading as God's law. The Gnostics contaminated most of the early Christian church organizations with
their "spirit is good, physical is evil" paradigm. Christ predicted that many Christians would not truly know God and would
intentionally and unintentionally deceive many.

5 Then Jesus began to tell them, 'Take care that no one deceives you.
6 Many will come using my name and saying, "I am he," and they will deceive many.
(Mar 13:5-6 NJB)

Just as the religious zealots of Christ's day could not conceive that they were wrong, Christ warned future Christians that
they would falsely accuse other Christians and kill them thinking they were standing up for good and fighting evil!

2 ..... indeed the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is doing a holy service to God. (Joh 16:2 NJB)

Thankfully the Creator God has revealed that everyone will eventually be able to know the truth!

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (Joh 8:32 KJV)

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for
they
shall all know me
, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will
remember their sin no more. (Jer 31:34 KJV)
